We all live busy lives and I hear people say that they don’t have the time… What they are really saying is, “It’s not urgent and important at this moment”.  So, when does their health become their number ONE priority?  When they start to compromise their immune system and become sick, or after visiting various Dr’s and specialists and still show signs & symptoms of dis-ease.  Or after having enough of being constantly fatigued.  Many people are unaware of what it is truly like to be without illnesses, without headaches, weight issues, lethargy, highs and lows throughout the day, etc.  In fact, it then becomes a normal part of their day…Did you know that: 'Pain is a teacher of life' .  It's your body's way of communicating saying, "Hey! Did you also know that we have two BRAINS connected to our body.  One, you're familiar with, located in your head, the other is your abdominal region (inner ecosystem).  Microorganisms/bacteria communiate intelligently to one another (around 100 Trillion) and when the healthy ones are in abundance you'll start to feel well (good level of serotonin.  90% is produced in the stomach!).

One thing I've learned over the last 12 years is that what shows up in my personal life has a direct correlation with my business and my health.  Everything is connected.  As T. Harv Eker states "How you do anything, is how you do everything".

What would you do if you had more time in a day? 

The majority of people would benefit far more, not by adding more time to their already hectic lives, but by being prepared to manage what they do have going on right now in the present.  “Yesterday has gone, tomorrow is unknown, that is why today is a gift and is called a PRESENT”  Anonymous.  You can't manage time it's a fix continuum. You can however manage yourself!

How would you feel if we told you that by adjusting some of your daily habits gradually in your life, it would become much easier and simpler?  Research tells us it takes at least 28 days to create a new Habit.  That means doing it 28 times each day + before it becomes a part of your life.

We say “easier and simpler”, but realistically we all know that changing habits can be challenging for some.  When people ask “why is this happening to me?” They are really dealing with their egos, habits and their addictions!

This I do know… there is, No Elixir of life that comes in a bottle, pill, drug or potion.  Period!  The best thing is knowing your body’s requirements and ensuring you give it what it requires.  That means the right Macro Nutrients (Fat, protein and carbohydrates) and the right Micro Nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes and bacteria)

Your body has the intrinsic, innate intelligence to heal itself, if it's given the right ‘menu’.  And I don't just mean foods, although that's a great start. No one has ever healed anyone of anything, only the body can do this given the right opportunity.

So, 'Eat the foods right for you'.  You are as unique as the shape and size of a single snowflake. Your body’s requirements for foods, water, sleep, breathe, creative movement (exercise), fun, thoughts, lifestyle, etc are all individual.
